Strong Enough but...

I took a couple of days off of yoga this past week because I was anxious to finish a few projects. As I was working out this morning I was reminded that sometimes the difference between how well I execute a pose has more to do with how stretched I am than how strong I am. Not only does this hold true for form but also for endurance and in other activities as well. Sometimes if I have a good yoga session I hardly take any breaks when I'm practicing piano, but if I go a few days without yoga, I don't even want to think about practicing unless I stretch first.
